The purpose of the Pikes Peak Opera League is to promote knowledge and appreciation of opera, to encourage and support aspiring opera and musical theater artists, and to support Opera Theatre of the Rockies and Opera Theater Goes to School.

Opera Colorado’s Resident Artists took the stage at the Norris Penrose Event Center for our annual Fall Fest Fundraiser. Arias, ensembles, and musical theatre favorites filled the room as guests dined on c***r braised chicken, fall vegetables, and autumn desserts from Summit Catering.

Between the music, the food, and the company, it was a delightful way to welcome the season while supporting vocal arts in the Pikes Peak region.

Pikes Peak Opera League celebrated mezzo-soprano Jordan McCready last week at our Fall Career Advancement Award Concert! Held at Broadmoor Community Church, the intimate performance featured Jordan alongside collaborative pianist and PPOL member, Daniel Brink.

What a gorgeous afternoon at the El Paso Club!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the PPOL Spring Membership Luncheon and to Central City Opera for a truly delightful performance of "A Song for Every Heart." Great food, great company, and a room full of people who love the arts - it doesn't get much better than that.

What a night! 🎶

Our Spring Fling Fundraiser was everything we hoped for and more. Soprano Kate Johnson, baritone Chad Reagan, and pianist Christy Vest filled The Pinery at the Hill with beautiful music, and our incredible community of arts lovers made the evening truly special.

Every ticket sold goes directly toward PPOL's scholarship fund, supporting the future of opera in our region. Thank you to everyone who joined us! 🌸
