Summer is winding down, and crafting groups are gathering again! There are projects to finish, stitches to make—and friendships to pick up right where we left off. 🧶💛

✨ **When do we say, "Amen?"** ✨

Sunday mornings with Pam and Persephanie often lead to some very interesting conversations. 😂

This week, Persephanie thinks she has finally figured out the difference between saying, **"Thanks be to God,"** and saying, **"Amen."**

Pam isn't completely convinced. 😉

Meanwhile, Micah has discovered an entirely different problem...a ball of yarn and absolutely no adult supervision. 🧶🐾

Our church crafting group is finally back together after summer break! It was wonderful seeing everyone again—even if more talking than crafting may have occurred.

We were weaving relationships. Micah, apparently, was just collecting the yarn. 🧶🐾

This Thursday, we’re opening the front door to the Creative Acts of Praise website—and you’re invited to our online open house!

A lot has been happening behind the scenes. I’ve been loading our handmade products into Shopify, and we’ve reached our goal of being on five social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Then Friday, our New Life Church quilting and crafting group meets again after summer break. It’s going to be a big week, and I’m excited to see what God does next!

Watch for the website link Thursday. In the meantime, Micah apparently has an announcement of her own.

Persephanie may not have the right kind of clay—but her question reminds us of something wonderful: God is the original Creator.

Genesis 2:7 tells us that God formed Adam from the dust of the ground and breathed into him the breath of life. The same God who created us also placed creativity within us. Every gift we use to make, serve, encourage, and bless others begins with Him.

Creator God, thank You for the life You breathe into us and the gifts You place within us. Guide our hands, shape our ideas, and use what we create to share Your love and bring You glory. Amen.

Sometimes God uses the simplest things to remind us how deeply He cares for us. 🌸

In Matthew 6:28–30, Jesus points to the flowers and reminds us that if God clothes them with such beauty, how much more will He care for His children?

Persephanie, of course, took that very personally. 😂

And while she was admiring all the beautiful colors God created, Micah apparently decided one of the flowers had been created specifically for her.

Today, may the beauty around you remind you of this truth: you are seen, known, loved, and cared for by God.
