My sister sent me this beautiful picture this morning, I took a moment to be blessed by the beautiful creation God has made. Then I listened to this fantastic podcast by John Ortberg. Both the picture and the podcast reminded me to look beyond myself today. I hope it can bless you too.

Jewel is home from surgery. Everything went well, and the hospital staff was wonderful to work with. She'll be in bed for the next 3-4 weeks. Thank you all for your prayers and the help with the meal train!
