We had a lovely First Sunday Church Gathering yesterday! So many new faces. It was thrilling! Thank you everyone for coming out and thank you to Sherry Gewitzke for your Crone Talk.

For those who haven't heard:
Our Raffle Winner is Kenneth Park. What you don't know and I didn't know until yesterday was that Ken made a pact with the Universe, that if he won the raffle, he would match the ticket sales in kind as a gift to the Church! With that, the raffle raised $450. THANK YOU KEN!

I received an email today. These folks are, like us, trying to build an intentional community. I am unable to be at this event but if any of you would like to attend, please let me know what you thought.

As part of our outreach and community-building around this concept, our core planning group is hosting a viewing and conversation in conjunction with the upcoming summit, Psychedelics and System Change, organized by DoubleBlind magazine (a respected publisher of news and education on psychedelics) on Sunday, July 26. Our intent is that this is a fun, casual opportunity for folks to get to know each other, share some conversation about important social issues, and connect around the idea of interdependent, values-based community.

The summit on July 26 is organized into three 90 minute panel discussions between 11:30 am MT - 5:30 pm MT (agenda at end of this message), and anyone who is interested would be welcome to come for any part of the day or all of the day (yes, we’ll be watching the summit, but also just hanging out on the deck talking when we want a break). We are hosting the gathering at my house, 2 blocks west of Bancroft Park in OCC, and we’ll have snacks, drinks and breaks throughout the day (all food tolerances and needs can be taken into account with a brief advance notice). All who are curious about the idea of developing an intentional community are welcome - just call or email us to let us know and we’ll share the address. Nature seems to be playing a significant role in the last few days.
Sunday, the Ravens came to bless our drumming. 🐦‍⬛
Monday and Tuesday, a pair of Cooper's Hawks 🪶were hanging out atop the phone pole in view of my front door. They seemed to be watching me 👀.
Today, Grand Pappa Squirrel 🐿️ came up to my door. You should have seen the saggy old cheeks on this fella. 😂

I have been doing a great deal of spiritual work the last few days so, it's not completely surprising. Just call me Snow White...lol.

What an Amazing Event yesterday!
Our little Crone posse is pooped but also had such a great time! We don't regret "the tried" one bit! We met so many new friends, raised over $300 for the church and with every event we do, we take a step toward normalizing alternative spirituality and the matriarchy.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us yesterday. Most importantly, I would like to thank: Stacy Riley for all of her help and for donating the fabulous basket of crystals for our raffle. We have already sold a lot of tickets and I have no doubt, will sell many more before August. ( More info about the raffle will be available very soon!) Kimberly Monaghan for your undying support and Herculean efforts! Dawn Marie Kehoe for the same undying support and working so hard. Maria Carmen Cardenas for your support and never ending effervescence! Rori Klein for your support, hard work and being my millennial support system! This little band of Crones and Cronelettes have carried the load for over a year and I will never be able to express my gratitude fully! Well, unless I win the lotto and can take us all on a nice long beach front vacation 😂.
I would also like to thank Hilary and Ray, for coming out to help us with the heavy lifting! Please come and join us for the fun stuff too!
