Madam C.J. Walker (born Sarah Breedlove; December 23, 1867 – May 25, 1919) was an African American entrepreneur, philanthropist, and political and social activist. She is recorded as the first female self-made millionaire in America in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Walker made her fortune by developing and marketing a line of cosmetics and hair care products for black women through the business she founded, Madam C. J. Walker Manufacturing Company. She became known also for her philanthropy and activism. She made financial donations to numerous organizations and became a patron of the arts. Villa Lewaro, Walker's lavish estate in Irvington, New York, served as a social gathering place for the African-American community. At the time of her death, she was considered the wealthiest African-American businesswoman and the wealthiest self-made black woman in America.

Visiting the the homeless at Acacia Park with Financial support...

On April 25 th we were able to help a young couple with two small children who are homeless we found them on the streets of Colorado Springs just standing around . We asked them what their situation was and they said they do have a bus they were staying in but cannot get around anywhere as there bus had broken down on them. They said they need to get a new or used alternator but they have no money at all . We were able to help them out with $100 so they could buy a new alternator . They were so grateful as they can now get around in hopes of finding work. We were so grateful that we were able to help out this young couple . Thank you to all those who have Donate to Care and Concern Assistant fund!
