It takes a village, but villages don't happen by accident.
This week, principals from the Sand Creek and Falcon zones gathered for Principal Prep, a working session designed to identify priorities, strengthen partnerships, and begin building the kind of support every school deserves.
Over the next year, 14 School District 49 schools will be surrounded by local churches, businesses, nonprofits, and community members committed to walking alongside school leaders and helping turn vision into action.
Healthy schools aren't built by one person. They're built by communities that choose to show up, listen well, and work collaboratively.
