SWGC Parents. If you want to bake or supply some goodies for the young men at Conclave, this message tells you how and what. Dad Matt Moser can take them up to Battle Creek on Friday when he goes up. Just let me know.
Hospitality Room Request for Conclave.
It's time to get out your baking pans and cookbooks. The Hospitality Room Committee is seeking assistance in providing in snacks for our honored guests and youth attending Conclave. The Hospitality Committee is interested in healthy as well as those not so healthy. For those of you baking treats, please provide a copy of ingredients used in your recipe, as this will ensure the health and safety for those who have a food allergy. If you're able to assist, please label any containers with your contact information so that they may be easily returned. Please contact:
