Among the activities that this volunteer group sponsors are the Adopt-A-Street program and improving the appearance of welcome signs and traffic islands in Collinsville. Each year, the Community Appearance Board (CAB) has a Living Tree Memorial ceremony, and upon request, will plant trees in memory of loved ones. During the summer months, a Yard of the Month contest is sponsored to encourage resid

ents to improve and beautify their property. CAB also hosts an annual Garden Tour fundraiser event and participates in an Arbor Day celebration by planting a tree at Willoughby Farms along with the children of Summit School.
