What makes this class different?

Forget the traditional classroom. Step into an experience where the horses become your teachers.

Through hands-on, ground-based activities with horses, you will explore:

Self-leadership and self-awareness
Communication and trust
Emotional regulation
Accountability
Teamwork and problem-solving
Resilience
How your behavior and presence impact others
Practical leadership skills you can take back to your agency or organization in a safe non-judgmental environment.

No horse experience is necessary. You will not be riding. The activities are conducted from the ground and are designed to challenge you, engage you, and give you an entirely different perspective on leadership.

THE HORSES WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH.

Horses don't care about your rank, title, uniform, position, or years of experience.

They respond to the leader you actually are.

That's what makes Reins of Leadership so powerful.

This isn't just another leadership class.

It's an opportunity to discover how you show up, how you lead under pressure, and what you can do to become a stronger leader.

This class qualifies for Georgia P.O.S.T. credit — and there is NO COST for First Responders.

A Peer Support Group for Those Who Stand Beside Them

Behind every military member, firefighter, and law enforcement officer is someone who loves them, supports them, worries about them, and sometimes carries a burden of their own.

The Ranch at Spirit Ridge is excited to introduce a new Peer Support Group specifically for spouses, family members, and life partners of those who serve and protect.

This group is a place where you don't have to explain everything. You can connect with people who understand what it is like to stand beside someone who serves.

💬 Talk about the challenges of supporting someone who serves
💪 Find encouragement and strength
🌱 Learn ways to take care of yourself while caring for others
