We had a great time last week with a group from Industrial Fasteners Institute. They were here for a conference and wanted to support a local non profit for one of their activities. They put together some absolutely amazing (and overflowing!) bags of food and supplies. They also donated toward our cause. Thank you so much!

We want to see students succeed! Education is so important- for today and beyond! Having stable access to food can remove a barrier to education. If you'd like to partner with the CdA Backpack Program to help students succeed, please visit our website, comment here or email [email protected]

Ok, we were never actually *gone*, but we are finally back in action for the school year. Our summer was filled with making connections, fundraising, and finding some awesome partnerships. Our warehouse was just filled with our food bags and volunteers will start weekly deliveries next week. We are excited to, once again, help fill this gap in our community. If you would like to help fill this gap with us please visit our website for more information, comment here or send an email to [email protected]

We are looking for a few people who would like to join us July 11 for a volunteer opportunity. We will be running the pancake breakfast for the Hayden Triathlon. This will be our third year participating and it's a lot of fun. Please comment here or email [email protected] if you are interested 😊🥞

An enormous shout out to our lovely friends at The Wellness Bar for their generosity in school sponsorship for the entire 2026/2027 school year! Partnerships like this are what make the CdA Backpack Program able to continue feeding hungry kids in the CdA school district. Thank you so much!

The 2025/2026 school year is now complete for the CdA Backpack Program. We fed approximately 700 kids each and every week throughout the school year and we could not have done it without our generous donors and volunteers! This community has been vital for feeding kids in need and we couldn't be more grateful. We are not yet fully funded for next school year and would love YOUR help in coming alongside our local school kids. Please visit our website www.cdabackpackprogram.org
