Yesterday, Boys & Girls Club leaders from across New Jersey gathered at the State House in Trenton for our annual Advocacy Day, joined by three of our New Jersey Youth of the Year. Together, they met with legislators to champion the needs of young people and highlight the vital role Boys & Girls Clubs play in communities throughout the state.

These conversations are essential to ensuring that New Jersey’s youth continue to have access to safe spaces, caring mentors, academic support, workforce readiness programs, and opportunities that help them reach their full potential.

We are grateful to the lawmakers who took the time to meet with Club leaders and youth advocates and hear firsthand about the importance of investing in New Jersey’s young people. Together, we can continue building brighter futures for the thousands of youth who rely on Boys & Girls Clubs across the state.
