𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒛𝒂 𝑱𝒓 𝑺𝑯𝑢𝑾 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑫𝑰𝑢 is an innovative program designed to enhance the skills of young aspiring musical theatre performers. Our year-round 𝐒𝐑𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐒𝐯𝐞'𝐬 provide a dynamic learning environment, where students can immerse themselves in the world of musical theatre through various disciplines such as acting, singing, and dancing.

πƒπ’π¬π§πžπ²'𝐬 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐉𝐑 is a special Pilot Production and will play 8 performances from August 22nd to September 5th at Plaza's Main Street Theatre while the 𝐒𝐑𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐒𝐯𝐞 workshops begin July 27th and run throgh August 22nd.

πƒπ’π¬π§πžπ²'𝐬 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐉𝐑 is a high-energy stage adaptation of the 1997 animated film. The story follows Hercules as he discovers his demigod heritage, battles the villainous Hades, and finds love with Megara. This lively production features witty, updated dialogue, vibrant sets, stunning costumes, and a dynamic score by Alan Menken, including fan-favorite songs such as "Go the Distance," "A Star Is Born," "The Gospel Truth," and "Zero to Hero."

The show is being directed by Tina Barrus and Tabitha Ibarra with assistance from Garrett Hollowell, choreography by Eden Barrus and Miranda Barrus, musical direction by Tabitha Ibarra, assistant musical direction by Kaylee Cordell, and stage management by Crystal Minnick.

Each 𝐒𝐑𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐒𝐯𝐞 carries a Tuition of $250 with a 35$ costume fee. Students who are ages 8 to 15 are eligible to audition for this exciting and uplifting program. If selected and cast, students will participate in a comprehensive eight-class rehearsal process, which will culminate in a six-show run that will take place over the course of three weekends.

Join Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, and all your favorite Dr. Seuss characters as they leap from the page to the stage in this whimsical tale about friendship, courage, and standing up for what’s right. When Horton discovers a tiny world of Whos living on a speck of dust, he must protect them while also caring for an abandoned egg left by the mischievous Mayzie La Bird. Through laughter, music, and heart, Horton proves that β€œa person’s a person, no matter how small.”

In a magical underwater kingdom, the young mermaid Ariel dreams of life above the waves. With help from her loyal friends - Flounder, Sebastian, and Scuttle - Ariel must find her voice, win the prince’s heart, and save her father’s kingdom before time runs out.
