🎉 Volunteers Needed – Help Us Spread the Word! 🎉

Celebrating Because You Matter is looking for volunteers to help us share our mission throughout the community! Our nonprofit provides personalized birthday celebrations for children in foster care because every child deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and reminded that they matter.

We have several volunteer opportunities available, including some that are perfect for high school students looking to earn volunteer hours.

🎉 BIG NEWS! WE'RE OFFICIALLY A 501(c)(3)! 🎉

We are beyond excited to announce that Celebrating Because You Matter is now officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization!

This is a huge milestone for our organization and brings us one step closer to our mission of celebrating and supporting children in foster care throughout Oakland County.

What started as a dream to make sure every child knows they are seen, valued, loved, and celebrated has now become an official nonprofit dedicated to creating unforgettable birthday experiences for children who deserve to be reminded that they matter.

We could not have reached this point without the encouragement, support, donations, shares, and kindness from our family, friends, volunteers, and community partners. Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us turn this dream into a reality.

As a registered 501(c)(3), donations made to Celebrating Because You Matter may now be tax-deductible, allowing us to expand our impact and serve even more children.

This is only the beginning. We have so much planned and cannot wait to share what's next!
