Each week, we will share a short “Family Connection” with helpful information, conversations to have at home, reminders, and resources available through our school and community.

Paris Eye Physicians save the day again!
They are always so helpful when a student breaks their glasses! I was in and out in 10 minutes with a replacement frame.
Sometimes glasses break or prescriptions change and insurance isn’t an option for whatever reason.
I’m so grateful for community partners who always help out when I have a need.

Don’t forget Focused Care is doing a hygiene product drive for CIS at Clarksville ISD!!

Help us with a back to school drive to help our area school social workers closets with needed emergency hygiene products. Drop off box located in our lobby until the end of August !

All the people listed plus CISD staff Nic Jackson, Southern Soul Grill and Double R Cowboy Church Ladies Group (and a few others I’m still working on getting with) deserve a big thank you for their help!
Clarksville- We have a CISD family in need and Communities In Schools is setting up a meal train to help them out this week. If you would like to take a day please comment or message this page so we can get you on the list. I will update availability on the picture below.

School success starts with the basics. From notebooks and pencils to hygiene items and clothes, students need the right tools to start the year ready to learn.

Beginning today, you can support local students through the H-E-B Back-to-School Supply Drive. Every dollar supports students in our community.

Thank you to H-E-B Rockwall and H-E-B Forney Texas, for helping students start the school year strong.

Services we provide:

- housing and utilities assistance
- medical. dental and vision resources
- advocacy
- food assistance
- school supplies
- hygiene supplies
- clothing and shoes
- help with Christmas (Angel Tree)
and MANY other community resources and projects.

Referrals can be made through email.
All we require is a signed CIS consent form. All services are free and no proof of need is necessary!
