On November 6, 2025, members of the Clarksville Rotary Club presented a Club Project Grant check of $1,662.00 to the Red River County Community Resource Association, which supports Toys of Joy. The program assists families in Clarksville and Red River County, who apply and qualify, to give at least one Christmas gift to each child in the family. Members of the Clarksville Rotary Club ventured north to Idabel, Oklahoma for a field trip to the Museum of the Red River. Museum Director and fellow Rotarian, Henry Moy, gave a very informative presentation and tour. Afterwards, club president, Hayden Whittle, presented a check making the Clarksville Club a sponsor of the museum.
