Q: Can my student still Drop-In on a Monday or Tuesday?
A: No, you must sign them up ahead using the Zeffy links on the "Tickets" page of our website.
Q:How long will this go on?
A: The foreseeable future. We are committed to finding a solution that works for both the families and the volunteers.
Q: Do I have to pay the fee?
A: The default on Zeffy is called a tip (that is paid to Zeffy).You can select other & put 0 dollars to not pay a fee.
Q: What if we have passes left?
A: EMAIL Andrea at [email protected] with the dates that you want your student to attend, she will manually add them until your passes are gone.
Q: Can we still buy passes?
A: We will honor passes already purchased but not be selling new ones.
Q: What if you are sold out and my kid can't get in?
A:If this happens EMAIL Andrea at the above email. We will need to know how many kids are affected in order to know how to best proceed.
Social Medium is for everyone, however some may not want to attend as we have rules that are intended to keep Social Medium a welcoming space for all. Some of these rules are no gossiping, no talking about people or groups of people, no drama, no running, no yelling, keeping your hands to yourself, etc.
One of the reasons that we are limiting attendance is because some of the students are not following the rules. This may come as a surprise to some parents as we're working with some kids to help keep Social Medium an enjoyable space for everyone.
It's important to us that concerns with students following the rules are worked through with the student that may be struggling to follow them. Self regulation is always encouraged, so far in almost 4 years of being open, no parents have had to be brought into the loop.
One thought is that students who are having difficulty following the rules may not be allowed to take spots away from students who are respecting the space, the place and the people.
We are 100% volunteer run, sign ups will help us be more efficient and present for students. We really appreciate your patience, kindness & understanding as we adjust to changes, we are no longer the best well kept SECRET in Clarkston 🤭
