To all Coello water customers: Due to a 5% increase in water rates imposed by the Rend Lake Conservancy District, our rates are adjusted as follows. Please note that the District will implement annual 5% rate hikes over the next few years, prompting corresponding adjustments by the Village. Village President Amie Monteggia

Draft horse pulls will return to Coello Park again this year!!! Come out on Saturday, June 20th at 1:00 pm. We will be selling BBQ sandwiches, (made by our amazing Fire Department) hot dogs, chips, drinks, and ice cream. Hope to see you all at the park.

The Coello Fire Dept was awarded a new 4 gas meter made possible by MABAS Illinois. This monitor was provided free of charge. This monitor will allow us to monitor Oxygen, CO and hydrogen sulfide levels at an incident.

We would like to thank MABAS Illinois for this device.
