🌿💚 What an AMAZING week it has been at VBS! 💚🌿

There is nothing more rewarding than watching each and every child grow in their faith while having the best time! From exciting games and creative crafts to energetic worship and meaningful Bible lessons, it’s been such a joy to see them learning about God’s love in ways their little hearts and minds can understand. What a blessing this week has been!

Many of your children may have come home talking about our Boys vs. Girls Mission Challenge! 🎉 This year we’re partnering with Operation Kid to Kid, and thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve already raised so much to help others. ❤️

🏆 Current Score: The BOYS are in the lead…but there’s still one more day! Girls, can you make an epic comeback? Every dollar counts and helps make a difference!

Thank you to all of our amazing families for sharing your children with us this week. We also want to give a huge THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers who have poured so much love, time, and energy into making this week unforgettable.

We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow for our final day of VBS! Let’s finish this week strong and celebrate all that God has done! 🌿✝️💚

In case you may have missed the email sent out. Please see important information below regarding the process of VBS this year.

Dear Families,

We are thrilled to have you join the Chittenango Area Association of Churches for Rainforest Falls VBS in two weeks!

Location:
CrossRoads Community Church
1751 Flyer Road
Chittenango, NY 13037

Dates & Time:
Tuesday, July 21st – Friday, July 24th
9:00 a.m. to Noon

Important Reminders:

- Check-In: Doors open at 8:40 a.m. Please check your children in using the parent's last name. To ensure a smooth process, parents are not permitted beyond the registration tables.
- Pick-Up: Doors open at 11:40 a.m. You must present a photo ID at pick-up. Anyone else authorized to pick up your child must be on the approved list and provide their ID as well.
- Closing Program: You are welcome to join us for the closing program. Please sit only in the section designated for your child's crew.
- Dismissal: Programming concludes at noon. For your child's safety, do not take them until you have handed the Parent Card (provided at registration) to the attending adult.
- Preparation: Please ensure your child wears sturdy shoes and brings a labeled water bottle each day.

If you’re available July 21–24, we would absolutely love to have you join us. VBS is such a fun, exciting, and rewarding week. The kids truly enjoy every single moment, and you have the opportunity to be part of an experience that can make a lasting impact in their lives.

🎉 The time has come! We are only a couple of weeks away from VBS! 🎉

Please be on the lookout for an email with important information for all volunteers and families about how the week will run. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as it may have landed there.

We are also still looking for a few more volunteers ages 15 and up to help make this an amazing week! If you are available, please sign up as soon as you can. We’d love to have you join our team!

Have you been thinking about serving at VBS but aren’t sure what it involves? Whether you’re interested in being a Crew Leader or Junior Crew Leader, we’d love to answer your questions!

Stop by our table this Sunday at CrossRoads Community Church. We’ll be there to share more about VBS, help you find the right volunteer role, and assist with registration.

VBS is so much more than volunteering! It’s an opportunity to be part of the excitement, the laughter, the games, the worship, and the life-changing moments. There is nothing quite like watching a child grow in their faith and come to know Jesus. Those moments make every minute worthwhile.
