Sullivan Food Cupboard Sullivan Food Cupboard is a client-choice food pantry. The amount of food a client receives is based on the number of people in the person's household.

Sullivan Food Cupboard is a 501c(3) nonprofit that assists members of the community who are in need of assistance with food, offers resources to obtain or apply for assistance, and works with the community to ensure that nobody goes without food The client is able to choose from food items that we have available. We have many items that are available throughout the year, for example:
•Meat (frozen)
•Canned Fruits and Vegetables
•Canned Soups
•Canned Tuna
•Canned Chicken
•Rice
•Pasta
•Cereal
•Baked Goods
We are also able to get other types of food based on availability, for example:
•Fresh Produce
•Cheese
•Yogurt
•Eggs
•Juice
We also get a variety of other items from community donations, so we may occasionally have items such as:
•baby food
•formula
•toilet paper
•paper towels
•laundry detergent
•dish soap
•hand/body soap
•shampoo and conditioner

Sullivan Food Cupboard will begin taking applications for Christmas Baskets 2026 on October 1, 2026.

There are some changes to our process this year.
Here are the details:

>The distribution date is Saturday, December 12 from 8:00-11:00am at the Crossroads Community Church. (Please note the change in end time)

>Applications are being accepted October 1 through November 13 only.

>All applicants must have a current intake form on file at the Sullivan Food Cupboard. **This means you must have come in to get food at least once between November 14, 2025-November 13, 2026, and live in either the Town of Sullivan or Chittenango School District**

>In lieu of a turkey, recipients will receive a gift card for Tops, so they can purchase their own turkey/ham, etc.

>Toys/gifts will be available for children 12 and under the day of distribution, but they must be registered in advance (on the application). Gifts are for children who live in the household only.
