𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲'𝘀?

There was a time when I wore being busy like a badge of honor. I was constantly giving, achieving, supporting others, and pushing through. From the outside, it looked like I had it all together, but in reality I was energetically drained, and disconnected from who I truly was.

Everything began to shift when I slowed down, and started learning how to regulate my nervous system instead of living in survival mode. I practiced choosing myself without guilt.

I started saying NO, when my body was telling me so.
I made time for stillness even when it felt like I had more important priorities.
I found ways to light myself up, instead of always seeking it externally.
I found the courage to speak my truth, unapologetically.
Lastly, but most importantly I intentionally surrounded myself with women, who reminded me that I didn't have to do life alone.

That kind of sisterhood changed me.

It's why Angelica Palomo and I created the 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁.

From 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬–𝟭𝟯, we'll gather on the shores of 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻, for a long weekend of nature, meaningful connection, guided workshops, movement, rest, laughter, and the kind of connections that feel soul-led.

The portal is open. 🌞

We gathered at the water’s edge at Montrose Bird Sanctuary during the Summer Solstice portal.

We are approaching the longest day of the year, and this time period is charged with the energy of abundance, expansion, and peak manifestation. Wherever your energy goes, it’s amplified. It’s said that during the Solstice, fairies and nature spirits are especially active. We definitely felt this. Nature showed up fully.

Cardinals. Bunnies (twice). Chipmunks settling in like they belonged. A raccoon. A rat! A red-winged blackbird perched in the tree right beside us, squawking like it had something to say. A mystery creature that slipped away before we could name it. The sun breaking through with a warmth that felt so good. ☀️☺️🦝🐇🪶🐿️🐀

There was a deep gratitude in that circle for each other, and for having access to this kind of oasis right in the middle of Chicago. 🦆🙏

I led a guided meditation, first grounding into Mother Earth and connecting to Source, I then channeled an abundance meditation and the energy in that circle was so special. 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽

Messages received from nature:
✨ Remember that you are the light, it is always present even in the dark
✨ Slow down. Be present. The time is now
✨ Your vibration creates ripples you can’t fully see—trust it and keep going
✨ Let your intuition guide you
✨ Your path is unique, no need to compare

Nature has always been speaking, we are just now remembering.
The Intuitive Collective was created so that we can remember together.

The day I communicated with a tree changed my life.

A few years ago, my spiritual mentor Claire Deroy—The Clear Channeler—did a series of transmissions via Facebook Live where she received and shared channeled messages while in nature.

There were messages from trees, the land, a rock, a mountain, a river, a waterfall.

While watching one of her livestreams, something inside me stirred. It resonated deeply, but I had never tried channeling in this way. It seemed oddly familiar though. I was intrigued.

Later that evening I took my sister's dog for a walk. While grounding with a tree on my block, I opened up a channel and received timeless messages. (Check out my Substack post on that first experience—linked in the comments.)

I haven't stopped since. I now regularly receive channeled messages from trees, birds, the elements, Mother Earth...

Being able to communicate with nature is something I want to help others experience too. To feel that connection, that stillness, that sense of belonging, the oneness.

Through my travels and teachings I've also learned the importance of giving offerings to nature- which is something we'll also do at the event.
