PPI is comprised of three platforms: PPI’s Performing Arts Academy; RIZE Pro-Elite professional dance company and RIZE Youth Company; and our outreach programs. tistry is holistic in style for we wish to develop the full artist by infusing both social and educational approaches rooted in social consciousness. Our organization and professional dance company have been awarded with both a Black Theater Alliance Award and eight Black Excellence Awards from the African-American Arts Alliance of Chicago. PPI is known for its thought-provoking, one-of-a-kind theatrical productions, which have won countless awards and reached sold-out audiences across Chicago. PPI was founded in 2010 and continues to bring professional arts-based programming and events that amplify the voices and narratives of Black artists and communities via professional platforms, while purposefully maintaining the richness of community connectedness. Our mission is to provide arts education and opportunities to youth and adults through a holistic approach that allows participants to excel in the arts and in their everyday lives. PPI's VISION

As we continue celebrating our 15th Anniversary Season and prepare for The Power of Praize, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us here.

From performances and productions to community partnerships and artistic milestones, every step has helped shape the legacy of Praize Productions. Today, we’re throwing it back to our residency at Millennium Park—an unforgettable experience that allowed area Black photographers to showcase their work during Chicago’s largest festival, Blues Fest!

What started as simply showing up, serving, creating space, and pouring into young people and our community has led to a moment I never imagined. I’m honored to share that my story is featured as part of Imagine Your Impact, a rotating interactive experience inside the Obama Center!
