🏗️ Proposed Zoning Change: 1429 W. Irving Park

A zoning change has been requested to allow for a new five-story mixed-use development at 1429 W. Irving Park.

The proposal includes:
🏠 36 residential units, including 20% affordable housing
🛍️ 4,400 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail
🚗 25 alley-accessed parking spaces
🎨 A mural on the eastern side of the building
