Hester Dendy might just sound like two guys you’d find drinking together at a sleazy dive bar, but IN FACT, they’re an important research tool! New staff alert!! Welcome to the team, Claire!

Claire Dombrowski is joining us to manage programs for the season, after countless hours of service as a River Ranger! She’s currently a student studying environmental biology, and has been volunteering with us since last July for kayak clean ups, educational events, and the maintenance. Claire’s focus will be on facilitating programming in Bubbly Creek, but you can also catch her leading tours of the Wild Mile, doing garden maintenance, or bravely protecting visitors from angry geese. If you see her on the river, say hi!
