David Butler (z"l) is missed by many in our community, and very worthy of the recognition by the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey for all he achieved, may his memory be for a blessing.

Mazel tov to David's family for having the vision to start an endowment fund with the JCF to benefit local participants of the JCC Maccabi Games in recent months. This is a meaningful and poignant way to carry on David's legacy of championing Maccabi in our community.

Two weeks to go!

Nonprofits and synagogues serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties are welcome to apply for Fall 2026 JCF Grants by the deadline of Friday, October 23 at 4 pm.

Organizations that apply may receive up to $5,000 per request for new programs and services that benefit the community. An estimated $50,000 will be provided in total.

Some refer to October 8 as "DAF Day," but here at the Jewish Community Foundation, EVERY day is DAF Day!

At the end of every year, many generous SNJ Jewish community members donate to the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and its family of agencies, synagogues, day schools, or other charities, and perhaps you are one of these generous donors.

To help you streamline your charitable giving process this year and beyond, please consider opening a donor advised fund (DAF) with the JCF.
