Fall is on its way 🍁 Which means the Jeffco Running Festival is right around the corner!!! 🏃‍♂️🎃🧡 It has been an amazing year for running in Jefferson County and we can not wait to celebrate that with you! Held at Juniper Hills Park, you can run/walk a 3k or 5k with your friends & family!

Cross-country season is FINALLY HERE! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💛 Our Jeffco teams are off to a strong start! Since our kids are now attending school practice we will be postponing Workout Wednesday until the season is over. We encourage you to stay active and keep moving Madras! 😄💪

Hey Madras Runners! 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️We are hoping and praying for the AQI to stay at a healthy rate today! 🙏❤️ Workout Wednesday will be held at JCMS today at 5:30pm unless otherwise stated! We can’t wait to see you for a community workout! We have missed you! If we are able to have the workout please use caution in participating and monitor your health.

Hey there Madras! ☺️✌️❤️ we are going to aim for having Workout Wednesday tomorrow! The smoke most likely will not be cleared out by then, so we are going to ask you to use caution in participating tomorrow! Monitor how you are feeling and take care of yourself! We hope to see you at the MHS Track at 5:30pm.

Hey Madras! 😆👋 We are hoping for the smoke to clear soon so we can hit the track together for another Workout Wednesday! Your health and safety is the most important thing to us! ❤️ Unfortunately, predictions for tomorrow’s air quality are not looking great. We will make a call around noon tomorrow if we are able to hold a workout or not. Check our social media tomorrow for more information.

One of the highlights of camp this year was exploring a new trail! 🏃🏼‍♀️🌲 Our Jeffco Trail Runners got to check out a section of the PCT. 🥾🗺️ The Pacific Crest Trail runs all the way from Mexico to Canada! The trail featured wildflowers🪻log jumps (practice for our hurdlers and steeple chasers) 🪵 & mountain views🗻!
