We are a partner agency with Coles County United Way. Come out and support those that support us and 20+ other Coles County nonprofits! Thursday, Oct 29 from 5:00-7:30 at the Coles County Council on Aging - LifeSpan Center

For those of you who don't know, we are a partnering agency with United Way. United Way helps many organizations in this county, including ours, with grants. And all of these grants come from fundraisers that they do a few times a year. The next Fundraiser is a get together and auction at the end of this month and the proceeds are used to fund the grants I mentioned. I've enjoyed helping at these auctions the last few years and the one this month looks like it's going to be a fun evening! Your support in going to this event will help fund many good organizations and the money raised will stay in this area. I will be there and I hope to see you there as well.

Coles County residents- don’t forget the foodmobile on Wednesday!

We were blessed by the "Soul Sisters" from East Harrison Street Church of God, as they volunteered today. We are making great progress, and will reopen on Oct. 14th at 9:00 with both food and clothing!

Standing Stone will be closed until October 14 as we switchover to fall/winter clothing; however Carpenters Table food pantry will be open from 9:00 - noon on Wednesday, Oct. 7 through Friday, Oct 9th. For your safety, please enter the east door and bring bags to carry your food.

We thank the volunteers on Monday as we switchover to fall and winter clothing. We were blessed by folks from at least four local churches including Buck Grove, The Fields, Crossroads Community and Woodlawn Chapel. Standing Stone and Carpenters Table appreciates everyone who is involved in outreach in our community, as we are steadfast in serving others.

Standing Stone will be closed to switchover to fall/winter clothing Oct. 7 through Oct 10, however Carpenters Table food pantry will be open limited hours (9-noon Wednesday Oct. 7 through Friday Oct 9th). For your safety as we reorganize, enter on east side of building. Everything will reopen regular hours on Wednesday, Oct 14th.

Last day of the .50 non-name brand clothing & shoes. 9:00 - 3:00!
Standing Stone will then be closed until Wednesday, Oct 14th as we switchover to fall/winter clothing.
Carpenters Table food pantry will be open 9:00 - noon on Oct. 7 - 9th (Wednesday through Friday) For your safety, please enter on the East side by the fence, as we will be restocking and rearranging the clothing area. The Blessing Box will be available when the pantry is closed.

The Carpenters Table food pantry will open at 10:00 on Friday as we have our food delivery and want to have everything well stocked for your shopping experience!
