EIU CCR&R Specialists We are Child Care Resource and Referral Quality Specialist and Infant Toddler Child Care Specialist. We provide support and technical assistance.

Specialists at EIU CCR&R are available to provide training, technical assistance, consultation and resources to child care providers. The Quality Specialist and the Infant Toddler Child Care Specialist work together with area providers to enhance the quality of care and learning experience for young children in the Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Edgar, Moultrie, and Shelby counties.
