💙 Take charge of your health with the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program 💙
November is Diabetes Awareness Month, and there’s no better time to focus on your well-being.
The YMCA’s year-long Diabetes Prevention Program helps you build healthy habits that last, with support from trained Lifestyle Coaches and a small, encouraging group. Together, you’ll learn how to eat better, move more, and reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Alice, a YMCA member, joined the program at 71 and says she rediscovered her true self. Her story shows that it’s never too late to make a change and feel stronger every day.
