With Easter coming early this year and unpredictable spring weather, we wanted to take this opportunity to create something new that brings everyone together.

While we’ve always loved hosting events for our kids, our 21+ crowd, and our older generation, we realized there’s a whole group in between we don’t get to celebrate with as often.

So instead of our usual Easter party, we’re inviting you to join us for a fun, all-ages Bingo Night! A chance for families, friends, and every generation to come together under one roof.

On behalf of the 2026 Amar Club Board Members, we want to thank everyone who attended our 100 Year Celebration/Annual Haflet El Jamiyeh. We are so grateful to those who continue to show their support at each event and help keep our community growing and our village thriving. It was especially meaningful to celebrate together on Syrian Mother’s Day, surrounded by so many incredible families.

Thank you to The Palace Center for graciously hosting our event, and to our amazing entertainment: Shadi Ranjous, Shady Younes, Hanna Sankari, George Mamari, Joey Mamari, and George Khalaf. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Joey Mamari for covering the cost of the sound system and helping everything run seamlessly. We are so grateful to the families and businesses who contributed delicious desserts for everyone to enjoy.

Lastly, we want to recognize our dedicated board members, whose time, effort, and commitment make events like this possible year after year. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

We have many exciting events planned throughout the year, and we look forward to celebrating together again and continuing to strengthen and grow our community with all of you

With heavy hearts that we share the passing of Mona Azar, who passed away at the age of 90. We extended our deepest sympathies and prayers to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Condolences will be held at the Amar Club on Sunday, March 15th from 6:00-8:00 PM.

With great sadness we share the passing of the beloved Anis Atiyeh. Please see the information below for condolences held in Gresham, Oregon. May God be with his family during this difficult time and may his memory be eternal through all who loved him.
