We are SO excited to unveil our new Spirit Rock and start a fun new tradition at Blue Ridge! 🐾

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, team, accomplishment, special event, or just want to show some Bobcat spirit, the Spirit Rock is your chance to make someone’s day extra special. We can’t wait to see the creative messages that bring smiles to our students each day! 💚

👥 Who can rent the Spirit Rock?
The Spirit Rock may be rented by BRS/BREC students, their parents/guardians or other immediate family members, officially recognized BRS/BREC clubs or teams, and school staff.

Today, the PTO had the pleasure of serving lunch to all of our amazing teachers, staff, and administrators! 💚💛

A huge thank-you to Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club for partnering with us for the third year and providing such a delicious meal. We are so grateful for your continued support of our school community!

It was wonderful to reconnect with the teachers and staff we already know and love—and just as exciting to meet the new faces joining the Bobcat team. Welcome to Blue Ridge! 🐾

✨ Exciting things are happening at Blue Ridge School and Early College! ✨

Today we officially kicked off Phase 1 of the Blue Ridge Campus Beautification Project—something our PTO Board has been discussing and planning for quite some time.

A huge THANK YOU to America's Home Place in Cashiers for their generous financial donation and for organizing today's work. We are also incredibly grateful to Kent services, who donated all of their time, equipment, and expertise to remove the existing plants, tree, and stone wall, making this first phase possible.

We'd also like to thank Sharon Holt and Anna Coggins owners of Green Thumb Landscaping for sharing their landscaping expertise as we move forward with this project and for generously donating the pine straw that gives the traffic circle a fresh new look.

As part of the project, the beloved "Home of the Bobcats" stone has been relocated to the soccer field, where it will help bring even more school spirit to our men's and women's soccer teams. The commemorative plaque honoring Mr. Gary Safrit, our beloved Assistant Principal from 2004–2006, who passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, will also be thoughtfully relocated so his legacy continues to be honored on our campus.

This is only the beginning! We are currently finalizing the plans and funding for Phase 2, and we hope to share those exciting details with you soon.

Every financial contribution, donated service, and helping hand brings us one step closer to creating an entrance our students, staff, and community can be proud of for years to come.

Last night was such a special celebration as we honored our amazing seniors and all of their hard work! 🎓✨ We are so proud of each graduate and excited to see all the incredible things ahead for them.

Each year, our PTO is proud to help ease the financial burden on families by covering the cost of caps and gowns for every senior. This year, we were also honored to provide diplomas as part of our continued commitment to supporting our students and families during this memorable milestone.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! Once a Bobcat, always a Bobcat! 🐾💚

Today was FULL of fun and celebration for our Bobcats! 🎉🎨🌈

Our PTO was so excited to celebrate our amazing Pre-K and Kindergarten students and their upcoming graduation with face painting by ✨ Macon Faces Face Painting ✨! There were so many smiles, sparkles, superheroes, butterflies, and happy little faces all around! 💚

We also helped make Mrs. Holden’s 4th grade End-of-Testing Color Run celebration extra special by providing supplies for all the colorful fun! 🌟🏃‍♂️🎉 After working so hard all year, our students definitely deserved a day to celebrate BIG!

We love being able to support our students and teachers and help create memories that make school so special. Thank you to everyone who supports our PTO and helps us bring these fun experiences to life! 🐾💚💛

What an incredible week celebrating our amazing Blue Ridge School and Early College teachers! 🐾

The week kicked with snacks provided by the Boys & Girls Club of the Plateau on Monday, then PTO got to serve our teachers a delicious breakfast with doughnuts, bagels, and fresh fruit, and wrapped up the celebrations with a taco bar lunch on Thursday! 🌮🍩🍓

Our students truly made this week extra special by bringing sweet notes, beautiful flowers, tasty treats, and joining in on our Super Hero spirit week fun! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Our teachers are real-life superheroes every single day — showing love, patience, encouragement, and dedication to our students. We are so blessed to have such an incredible group of teachers at our school, and we are thankful for all they do for our Bobcats! 💚💛
