Another tournament in the books for GA Fire Pierson. 🔥🥎
While there were some exciting highlights throughout the day—including a towering home run by Addy Cunningham—the day didn't end the way we had hoped. There was no championship game for us this time around, but sometimes the greatest lessons come in the toughest moments.
What stood out most wasn't the scoreboard—it was the character these young ladies displayed. Even in defeat, they continued to battle, encouraged one another, moved on to the next play and the next game, held their heads high, and graciously congratulated the teams that advanced.
This game isn't just about wins and championships. It's about building strong young women who understand that how you respond when things don't go your way is just as important as how you celebrate success. Adversity reveals character, and this team showed plenty of it today.
We're proud of these girls, proud of their effort, and proud of the way they represented GA Fire. We'll learn from today, get back to work, and come back stronger. ❤️🖤
