The Emerson City Council has rescinded their previous vote and Approved the Annexation and Rezoning for Multi-family.

12/22/2021

Update - Emerson City Council Meeting scheduled Monday, 12/27/21 at 6:00 PM to rescind their previous vote on annexing and zoning for apartments. Public can attend but will not be allowed to speak.

12/14/2021

Thanks to everyone who attended the Emerson City Council in opposition to Ordinance 2021-020. The RM-12 zoning for the 325 unit Apartment development was NOT approved. The city voted to annex the property as Residential Single family.
