🍔 Eat at Shake Shack and Support Seawell!

Make plans to join us on Thursday, November 5, for a Seawell PTA Dine-Out Fundraiser at Shake Shack!

Shake Shack will donate 25% of eligible purchases to Seawell PTA, supporting the programs and experiences that make our school special.

Here's how to make your meal count:

🍟 Order in person: Show the fundraiser flyer at the register or enter code DONATE at the kiosk.

📱 Order ahead: Enter code DONATE in the Shake Shack app when ordering for pickup.

Please note that delivery orders do not qualify.

Help Stock Our Staff Appreciation Snack Bar!

We're treating our wonderful Seawell staff to a snack bar on Wednesday, November 4, and would love your help stocking it with goodies.

Families can sign up to bring snacks, drinks, or supplies, or purchase items directly from our Amazon Wish List to be delivered to school.

Donations may be dropped off at the Seawell front desk anytime on Monday, November 2, or before noon on Wednesday, November 4. Amazon orders should arrive before November 4.

🐐🐓 Seawell Seahawks 4-H Club: Enrollment Closes October 31! 🍀

We're excited to kick off the Seawell Seahawks 4-H Club with our first meeting on Wednesday, November 4!

Our club brings students together to explore animals, gardening, nature, and hands-on learning while building friendships, leadership skills, and a spirit of service.

We'll start with animal introductions and activities after school, followed by a snack. Parents will join us around 3:45–4 p.m. for introductions and to learn more about how 4-H works.

All Seawell students and staff are invited to wear their favorite comfy clothes to school!

Whether it's cozy sweats, a favorite hoodie, or comfy pajamas, come dressed to relax and celebrate a great first quarter!

📚 Calling all Last Kids on Earth fans!

Our friends at Flyleaf Books are welcoming bestselling author Max Brallier to Chapel Hill on Tuesday, November 3, at 5 PM!

He'll be celebrating the release of The Last Kids on Earth and the Zombie Parade: The Graphic Novel.

November 3 is a CHCCS teacher workday and this could be a great way to spend part of your day off!

💙🦅 This is what our Seawell community is all about!

Big Fall Play Day brought together so many wonderful families, volunteers, and community partners for an afternoon of discovery, creativity, and fun.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the day possible, from the organizations who shared their time and talents to the volunteers who brought it all together.

Thank you, CHCCS, for capturing and celebrating such a special day at Seawell! 💙

🎃 TRICK OR TREAT FOR CANS + TOILETRIES! 🥫

This Halloween season, Seawell is turning trick-or-treating into an opportunity to help our neighbors!

On Monday, October 26, starting at 5 pm, we will collect donations of non-perishable food and essential toiletries in participating Seawell neighborhoods.

🏡 Live in Bridgepoint, Camden Place, Celtic Circle, Claremont, Highlands, Vineyard Square, or Winmore? You can leave donations on your front porch. No need to be home!

🥫 Food donations will support TABLE, which provides weekend meals and snacks for more than 50 Seawell students.

🧴 Toiletries and household essentials will go directly to Seawell families through our school social worker, Ms. Farrington.
