recent rash of catalytic converter thefts. We have become aware that there have been very recent thefts of catalytic converters in the immediate neighborhood in the past week or two. How to prevent? park in the garage, back in (it makes it harder for them to slip in and out, better yet get steel rebar welded to yours by a mechanic. Thieves can cut the converter off a muffler in a few minutes. They only get nominal funds selling it for scrap however it can cost thousands to replace. Please beware, if they succeed they are more likely to return. Please watch out for each other and if you see something please say something.

porch pirates in the neighborhood. Wishing you Happy Holidays however we should be aware. Packages were taken off of a porch minutes after delivery in the 1300 block of Gary Way last evening 12/23 around 5:30 PM. small blue car with people in hoodies. If you see something say something and lets watch out for each other. This has been reported to Sheriffs Dept.

FOUND: Today 5/5/20 a Key/Fob to a Fiat, found during lunch hour on the field at Del Dayo. If you can identify what else is on the ring you can have it back. If I do not find the owner promptly I will turn the keys over to the Sheriff's Deputies.

So today they started running pipe on top of Arden Way between Kingsford and the river parkway levy. This appears to be planned to remain in place for a couple of months with some intersections blocked. I suppose their interruption is well timed with Del Dayo Elementary school closed and many people working from home. Otherwise this ould have been a traffic mess.

the neighbors may have seen the post about the break-in on Gary over the holidays. More info: house near Gary and Shelato, yard entry about 5 am via unlocked side gate with no nearby outside lighting, house entered by breaking glass on sliding patio door. Owner was home at the time. Consider motion activated lighting, placing a stick in the slider, be safe out there and lets watch out for each other.

there was a creep creeping through a back yard across Shelato from Del Dayo this morning just before dawn. hope we can all make our neighborhood unattractive to these types. Please watch out for each other like Robbie has.
