Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

Your mental health matters every day, not just this week.

Take time to rest, check in with yourself, and support the people around you. A small act of kindness or a simple conversation can make a bigger difference than you think.

Remember:
✨ It’s okay to ask for help
✨ It’s okay to take breaks
✨ It’s okay to not be okay

Together, we can break the stigma and create a community where everyone feels supported and heard 💚

Ending the Silence 🧠💚

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, youth at Scotts Valley High School participated in NAMI’s Ending the Silence presentation, creating space for honest conversations around mental health, stigma, and support.

Through education and shared dialogue, presentations like these help remind young people that they are not alone and that mental health matters. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this conversation meaningful.
