MAY SERVICE SPOTLIGHT - OASIS CHARTER HIGH
Oasis Charter High, with their dedication towards Mental Health Awareness Month, had created many positive messages with the aim to spread awareness regarding Su***de Prevention. They dedicated these notes towards real life stories, such as Jarren Duran. These quotes and posters are to spread the stories of people like him and to let others know they are not alone.

On July 15th, Lelulo's Pizza Life will host the 6th Annual VIP Staff Day benefiting Guardian Angels for Special Populations.

This incredible event gives individuals with special needs the opportunity to shine as VIP staff members while raising funds and awareness for programs, services, and opportunities that help them thrive in our community.

Over the past five years, thanks to the generosity of local businesses, families, and community supporters, more than $25,000 has been raised to support this amazing organization.

Chris Sapp - YMCA VP of Operations spoke with us about the YMCA coming to Cape Coral. They have a location and are now raising funds for the building. They are also seeking locations for more pools for their swimming instruction program.

Donna Germain - President of the Chamber of Commerce Cape coral was our speaker at our last meeting. She shared with us the events that we partner with them on via sponsorships. She updated us in the Excellence in Education Awards, Junior Leadership, The Freedom 5k on July 4th, and their Leadership Cape Coral program now in its 33rd year.
