We had a great time yesterday listening to Larry Smith tell stories from his 50 years in radio, with some Campbellsville history and other community projects sprinkled in. Thanks for “doing good in the neighborhood,”
Larry! Larry Joe Smith

We had a great presentation on the history of Rotary, and a reminder of speakers we’ve had the past year and projects including blood drives, fundraisers, Imagination Library, food drives and more. Special thanks to Allen Gaddis for 25 years of service and leadership and for presenting.

We had a great day at our most recent service project helping supply the backpack food program for local schools with Caring for the Campbellsville Community. Rodney Booe coordinates filling and sending out thousands of weekend food supplies for children in our community with food insecurity. To learn more and donate, you can visit www.caringcville.org

This week we learned about opportunities through Rotary! Thom Kribbens educated us about the Rotary Friendship Exchange. The Rotary Friendship Exchange is an international program that facilitates reciprocal, cultural, and vocational exchanges for Rotarians and their families. It's a wonderful way to travel, experience life in other areas and make connections.
We meet at The Venue on Lebanon Ave. every Wednesday at noon. Contact us if you'd like to attend, we are open to all types of folks joining us.

We had an amazing day at Rotary! First, Taylor Co. Schools came by to make a donation through a grant they received recently. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library program in our area received $10,000! We are thrilled to be able to continue providing monthly books to children birth to age 5. We also heard from Steve Gumm from Campbellsville Schools about their thriving eSports program. Thanks to all who participated!
