ABSOLUTELY no drug or alcohol use will be permitted during investigations. If any participant is suspected of using drugs or alcohol, they will be escorted from the premises.
2. No children under the age of 16 are allowed on investigations.
3. Any child ages 16-18 are required to have a parent or guardian present during the investigation.
4. All participants must follow any directions given by SPS
personnel before investigations.
5. Any damages caused by participants will be held liable for costs of damages and escorted from premises.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO refunds. We are paranormal investigators but there is never a guarantee that paranormal activity will be present. If for any reason, a participant is escorted from the premises, does not show up for the investigation, and decides not to participate in the investigation after the initial meeting refunds will not be given.
7. We will provide no equipment. All participants are allowed and encouraged to bring any equipment they want (i.e., video cameras, digital camera, flashlights, lasers, etc.). We will not be responsible for any damages to any personal equipment brought on an investigation.
8. No weapons will be permitted on investigations. We have a security guard that accompanies us on all investigations.
9. All participants are required to provide transportation to any investigation.
10. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to an investigation.
11. All participants are expected to act in a professional manner. Respect shall be shown to the property, property owners, and S.P.S. personnel. Participants are required to stay with an S.P.S. investigator at all times during an investigation.
12. A meeting will be held before the trip begins to the destination. At that time the participants MUST pay their fee and sign the waiver, if this hasn’t been done prior to the meeting.
