Pinwheels of Possibility
Pinwheels of Possibility celebrates the limitless potential of children and families when communities come together to support them.

The spinning pinwheel shows us what that support can look like: with families at the center, each turn represents the systems, programs, policies, and everyday acts of care that strengthen them and help them thrive.

At a moment when families are facing rising costs, heightened stress, and widening gaps in support, Prevent Child Abuse Delaware, and local and nationwide partners are stepping forward with a clear message:

When we invest in families early and often, we create the conditions where children can grow up safe, supported, and full of possibility.
