Bring the family and enjoy time together in the water at the Calhoun Aquatic Center during our Family Swim hours! Whether you are looking for fun, exercise, or a way to cool off this summer, the CAC is the perfect place to swim and make memories together.

Family Swim Schedule:
📅 Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
📅 Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📅 Sunday: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Cost: $5 / person
Note: 1 parent per 2 children (minors)

📅 Starts: June 2, 2026
💲 Cost: $150 per month

Practice Schedule:
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

⭐ Meet the Coach: John Bonds (USA Diving Certified)
• AAU and USA Diving Coach for 52 years
• Diving Coach at Baylor School for 36 years
• Diving Coach at McCallie School for 9 years
• Developed beginner divers into national-level athletes throughout his coaching career

Congratulations to our CAC members who had a great showing at the Alabama Senior Olympics in Opelika. Our team qualified for the National Senior Games in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in July 2027, in all our events. Guillermo won 3 golds, qualifying in 9 events; Bitsy won 5 golds and a silver, qualifying in 15 events; and Randy won 6 golds, qualifying in 9 events.
