LIUNA Local 1249 Brother Brad Johnson's young daughter, Mia, has been diagnosed with Leukemia and is going through extensive chemotherapy at Boston Children's Hospital. Brad's wife, Briana, has set up a GoFundMe page to help cover hospital stays, meals, lost income, etc. while they are with Mia as she receives ongoing medical care and recovery. Please consider donating, and also please pass this along and help spread the word. Any questions, let me know. Our thoughts & prayers are with Brad, Briana & Mia as they deal with this unexpected, awful situation. ☦️

Once in a while we get contacted by someone looking to join LIUNA, looking for work. On the Public Employee side of things, you find work via the cities, towns or employees we represent, not through the Local. For those looking for Laborer work, you can go to this link and Find A Local, just be sure the Local lists its Jurisdiction as Construction and General, not Public Employees.... 😉
