Yesterday was a historic day for the Wolfpack! It was the inaugural day for 2 of our 3 flag football teams! It is the first time Wolfpack has ever had flag teams, and they represented well against the Villages!

In addition, we had our Red Teams in Hernando and our Black Teams hosted Inverness along with our Cheerleaders! Lots of football this Saturday!

Both of our 6U Teams, 10U Black, and 12U Black remain undefeated!

We look forward to another solid week of practice and we look forward to next week’s set of games!

Your South Sumter Wolfpack 6U,8U, 10U, 12U, 8U Flag, and 14U Flag BLACK Team’s play this Saturday, August 29th at South Sumter High School as we take on the Inverness Storm Pop Warner.

6U – 9:30am
8U – 11 AM
10U – 1 PM
12U – 3 PM

🎟️ Admission (CASH or Credit). There is a service fee to use CC.
$5 – Adults
$3 – Kids (ages 5–17)
FREE – Kids 4 & players and 2026 rostered coaches are free.

*No outside food!!! NO COOLERS!!! The only coolers allowed in the stadium are the Coaches and team snack coolers. ALL coolers are subject to searches. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

* Conduct - South Sumter WOLFPACK and South Sumter High School have a No Tolerance Rule for misbehavior and illegal substances. Any bullying, fighting, and disrespectful behavior will be dealt with swiftly and result in immediate ejection from the premises. Any alcohol, drugs, or other illegal substances will result in expulsion from the League, authorities called, and possible suspension of the offender's participant.

🚨South Sumter RED Teams 6U-10U are away tomorrow, Saturday, August 29th🚨

It’s Week 2 of the 2026 Football and Cheer season. Your South Sumter Wolfpack RED 6U, 8U, and 10U, travel this Saturday, August 29 to play the Hernando Leopards.

Below are a few important notes and updates you need to know ahead of time to ensure a smooth game day experience for everyone.

* The gate fees are $5 for adults (18 and older), and for children, $3 (5-17yrs old) These fees are set by the Pop Warner Conference. Re-Entry with a hand stamp, ticket or arm band is allowed.

* NO COOLERS!!! The only coolers allowed in the stadium are the Coaches and team snack coolers. ALL coolers are subject to searches. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Yesterday, the Wolfpack was splitting duties! Our Red Teams and Cheerleaders were at home, while our Black Teams were in Crystal River. It was a day full of delays, but all games were completed! Both 6U teams, 10U Black, and 12U Black came away with impressive victories.

No matter if it was in victory or defeat, all players, Coaches, and parents were excited for the season to start!
