🏈 OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN REMINDER — TOMORROW

All tackle football players must complete their official weigh-in tomorrow, Saturday, August 29, at the Canton Senior Citizens Building, 200 Grove St. in Canton.

Bullard’s assigned times:
• 5th/6th Grade — 2:00 PM
• 3rd/4th Grade — 2:30 PM
• 1st/2nd Grade — 2:45 PM

Please attend your assigned time if possible. If you cannot, come anytime during the event window of 8 AM–5 PM. We need every tackle football player weighed tomorrow to avoid eligibility issues on game day. PreK/K flag players do not weigh in.

Waiver deadline: If your player is seeking a medical waiver to play on another team and you have not submitted it, please contact BYFCA and send it to us ASAP. The waiver is due by tomorrow’s weigh-in and must include a physician’s report addressing the player’s size, physical development, or mental/developmental considerations as they relate to the request.

Players seeking a play-down waiver must weigh with their proper grade-level team—not the team they are requesting to join. When you arrive, please check in with a Bullard representative so we can discreetly identify the player for league board review.

If we have requested a waiver document or VOE from you, please get it to us immediately so we can bring the complete packet to roster verification.

We're so thankful for the Bullard Band Boosters supporting our games and providing our players, families and visitors with great concessions every year.

PreK-K flag families — we're excited to get your players on the field this fall, but our flag team still needs a head coach, and without a volunteer we can't run it. Most laid-back job we've got: all fun and fundamentals, and the board sets you up with everything you need. If you can step up — or know a parent, grandparent, or older sibling who could — reply here. Even a 'maybe' helps. We'd hate to cancel over one open spot.

You should have received an invite to our Game Changer app. This will house everything you need to know. It went to the primary email used when you signed up. Feel free to add spouses, family, etc.!

Due to the field condition and chances for more rain we are cancelling training for tonight!

Don’t forget GAP Training tonight at 6pm for the football players! It will be at the old Bullard Middle School field. I will be there at 5:30 pm for any football players still needing to be sized.
