🚨 Brookfield Fire Department 🚨

Shortly after 4:00 AM, Brookfield Fire Department crews responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident. Upon arrival, emergency personnel found the vehicle overturned off the roadway.

One occupant was evaluated on scene and transported to the hospital with minor injuries. We are grateful the injuries were not more serious.

This incident serves as an important reminder about the importance of wearing your seatbelt every time you get in a vehicle. Seatbelts save lives and greatly reduce the risk of serious injury during crashes and rollovers.

Please slow down, stay alert, avoid distractions, and always buckle up — especially during late night and early morning travel hours.

🚒🚒🚒 Brookfield Township Fire Department responded to a 2-car motor vehicle accident on 5/13/26 at approximately 7:49 AM. The crash occurred just outside a school zone during morning school drop-off hours.
Two occupants were evaluated by EMS and treated/released on scene. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported.

This incident serves as an important reminder to all drivers to slow down, stay alert, and use extra caution near school zones during school hours. Children, parents, buses, and crossing traffic create busy conditions that require everyone’s full attention.

Please help keep our community safe by driving responsibly and watching for pedestrians during school arrival and dismissal times.

 🚨 Structure Fire🚨
The Brookfield Fire Department Local 3443 B-Shift responded to assist the Sharon Fire Department on a working structure fire earlier today.

Upon arrival, crews worked quickly and efficiently to help bring the situation under control. The structure was confirmed to be vacant, and fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Strong teamwork and coordination between departments helped ensure a safe and effective response.
