🐥🐥 🐥Duck sales for the 2026 Duck Race officially kick off tomorrow!🐥🐥🐥

You can purchase ducks starting Friday, May 8, at the Shops on Grand from 11am - 2pm.

Support the Brookfield Parks & Recreation Foundation and join in on one of our favorite community traditions — the Annual Duck Race on Saturday, September 26! 💛

Ducks will be sold at the Brookfield Farmers Market beginning in June and at other local events throughout the summer.

Every duck purchased helps support scholarships for Parks and Rec programs . Thank you for your support — and good luck in the race! 🏁🐥

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the race on Saturday and everyone who supported the foundation by buying and selling ducks and sponsorships throughout the summer. We had a beautiful (hot!) day for the race, and the winners made it down the creek in just over 30 minutes. Here are the big winners:

First Place ($1,000): Katie Villalobos
Second Place ($750): Christine Riley
Third Place ($500): Brigid Weber
Gift Card Winner (Stadium Club): Dorothy Nava
Gift Card Winner (Brookfield Breakfast): Linda Dumas

We sold 3,025 ducks and raised more than $18,000 for the Brookfield Parks and Recreation Foundation! All the proceeds will go to local low-income families looking to enroll in parks programs, including before and after-school care, sports, camps, cooking classes, and other activities. Depending on their income level, families are eligible for discounts of up to 50% on program fees.
