This is such an exciting opportunity for our 4-H youth! This is just one example of the life-changing opportunities 4-H provides youth. Please share and consider donating to help these girls with their journey!

"In June 2025, we competed at the Colorado 4-H FCS Bowl Contest and proudly earned second place in the state. Because of our success at the State 4-H Contest, we were given the incredible opportunity to advance and compete at the National LifeSmarts Championship this April in Orlando, Florida. We are honored to represent Adams County 4-H and Colorado on the national stage and are excited for the chance to showcase the knowledge and skills we have worked so hard to develop.

LifeSmarts is an educational program that provides students with the critical knowledge they will need to be successful after they leave high school. Students study Personal Finance, Consumer Rights and Responsibilities, the Environment, Technology, Workforce Preparation, and Health and Safety. This is an amazing opportunity to compete for scholarships and represent our community on a national stage."

Our 4-H meeting tonight (Thursday, March 12) has been canceled due to the building having no electricity. Thank you for your understanding with this unexpected change.

We will still move forward with our 4-H work session on Saturday, March 14, as planned.

Heads up, Riverdale Regional Park users! Starting tomorrow, March 9, there will be a new temporary entrance to Riverdale Regional Park. Park Boulevard north from the roundabout on 124th Avenue/Henderson Road will be closed, and users will enter the park through the Adams County Historical Society parking lot.

Please follow all marked detours to access the facilities and park amenities. For more information on the Riverdale Regional Park improvements, head to adamscountyco.gov/rrp-improvements!
