The Massachusetts Educational Recruiting Consortium (MERC) hosts one of the most in-demand annual career fairs for opportunities in teaching and education with many organizations offering on-site interviews!

Full-time and part-time opportunities available for current roles and the 2025-2026 school year! Students and alumni from all class years and majors are invited as there will be opportunities for substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, extended school year programs this summer, lead teachers, counseling roles, and so much more! Free to attend.
