Our library needs our community now more than ever.

Due to ongoing funding challenges, Bridgewater Public Library remains at risk of state decertification this year. Let's come together to show that our library matters and that our community values free access to books, technology, programs, and lifelong learning for everyone.

Join our community partners for “ICE Out of Plymouth: Protect Our Neighbors” on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility, 26 Long Pond Road in Plymouth. This peaceful call to action raises awareness about the facility’s ICE agreement, reported abuses, and the need for humane treatment of our immigrant neighbors. Together, we can stand for dignity, accountability, and care, not cages.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s Save Our Democracy standout in Bridgewater. It was inspiring to see so many community members come together to stand for democracy, justice, and the values that unite us.

The photo we’re sharing is just one of the groups of people who participated throughout the morning. We are grateful to everyone who stopped by, waved, held a sign, or showed their support in any way.

Democracy depends on people who are willing to show up. We cannot afford to stay silent when our rights, our neighbors, and our democratic institutions are at stake. Every voice matters, and together we can continue building a community where everyone belongs.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our standout in support of our Haitian & Syrian neighbors. It was inspiring to see so many members of our community come together to stand side by side and reaffirm that everyone deserves to feel safe, welcomed, and valued.

Moments like these remind us that our community is strongest when we show up for one another. Whether you waved, stopped to talk, or simply stood with us, your presence sent a powerful message: our community is built on respect, inclusion, and belonging.

Hate has no home here...KINDNESS, UNDERSTANDING, and UNITY will always be stronger.
