Saturday, July 25th is the culmination of the weekend—a day spent among artists and makers, followed by an evening dedicated to supporting the next generation of western women artists.
From morning through the afternoon, the Barn Gallery and surrounding grounds are open to the public, offering time to explore original artwork, handcrafted gear, and the stories behind the work.
As evening approaches, the gathering shifts into a more intimate setting. Guests are welcomed back for dinner, followed by the Sallie Knowles Joseph Scholarship Auction led by Grayson Haydn-Myer.
The auction features original artwork and handcrafted pieces donated by Rodear artists, makers, and supporters. Throughout the evening, scholarship recipients will share stories of the work they are pursuing, the mentors they have studied with, and the opportunities made possible through the Sallie Knowles Joseph Scholarship.
We close the weekend with music from Montana singer-songwriter Sterling Drake. His songs draw from ranch life, wide-open country, and the people who call it home—an evening of music, dancing, and celebration beneath the Eastern Sierra sky.
Whether you’re joining us for the full weekend or just Saturday, we would love to have you with us.
