Today members from Madison Fire, Argos Fire, Notre Dame Fire, and South Bend Fire completed the state skills portion of pumper operator.

It was a warm and beautiful day with some rain here and there. Bit all members successfully completed the state portion.

Today, members of Madison participated in a change of quarters to support our neighbors to the west. Lakeville Fire had a training day with students from the High School for Prom regarding driving while intoxicated. We are proud to help support our neighbors and all citizens of Madison Township.

Today a little before 6pm Madison Twp Tanker 61 was dispatched assist Concord Twp Fire Department with a 3rd Alarm Structure Fire.

As a result of the same incident Baugo Fire requested Madison to staff Baugo station cover any more calls in the area. Madison sent Engine 61 and Battalion 6.

During the station coverage units responded to a fire alarm in Concord Twp.

While these units were assisting our neighbors Madison’s station remained staffed to cover any other calls.

Members of the Madison Twp Fire Department are proud to serve and protect the citizens and neighbors of Madison Township.

Today, Madison responded to two consecutive calls. The first call was medical in nature, while the second involved a motor vehicle collision (MVC) with downed power lines. On 331 and Madison road area.

Madison firefighters provided rapid responses due to the presence of on-station firefighter personnel.

Madison Fire Department is selling raffle tickets for the spring time (hopefully it gets here). All money raised goes to the Madison firefighter corporation in support for our community and fire department.

Tickets are $10.00 each 5 chances to win!
Tickets drawn in order gives the winner the choice of one piece of equipment.

The Madison Fire Department successfully completed a vehicular extrication operation last night, with instructors having over 65 years of combined experience in firefighting and extrication training.

We are currently under a tornado warning please take shelter.

Our station is are fully staffed and ready to respond where needed.

It looks like the main run of the storm will hit Wyatt and Bremen area
